 Daniel M. Landry III is a lifelong resident of Lafayette, Louisiana and serves by appointment as an Assistant District Attorney for the 15th Judicial District Court. He is the principal attorney for our law offices. He was admitted to the Louisiana Bar in 1981 and is a former clerk of the Third Circuit Court of Appeals for the State of Louisiana. As a prosecutor, he has gained extensive courtroom and jury experience. He draws from that experience in a wide range of court cases for his clients. Mr. Landry is a member of the Lafayette Parish Bar Association, Lafayette Parish Bar Association Family Section, National District Attorneys Association, Louisiana District Attorneys Association and the Southwest Bankruptcy Bar Association.

 Lupe L. Acosta is a fully trained paralegal and has been active in the legal profession in Lafayette for the past twenty seven years. She has an Associate Degree in Business Administration and obtained her Certificate of Completion in Paralegal Studies at the University of Southwestern Louisiana. Mrs. Acosta is a member of the Lafayette Paralegal Association, National Association of Legal Assistance, Louisiana State Paralegal Association, Louisiana Notary Association and the Southwest Bankruptcy Bar Association.
